Team Building Paddles


Our team offers Team Building Paddles – what we call Collaborative Paddles – to lead your office staff, organization, or corporate group in team building skills.

We spend approximately 1.5 hours with you on the boat where you experience team building skills.

Then, we move to the classroom where we debrief and discuss team building and what that means for your organization.  

Funds raised for this service are considered a donation to the team and are used to support the costs of the NCPC team only. The paddles are led by seasoned paddlers and two veteran trainers with a combined 25 years of leadership experience in the educational world.
